We are always looking for people with practical and entrepreneurial experience that are excited to support Cuban entrepreneurs in making their small or growing business successful. Spanish and some knowledge of the Cuban culture are a pre. The most important is enthusiasm and commitment!
We look for local coaches as well. And are highly interested in getting in contact with Cubans who run a successful small or medium enterprise outside of Cuba, since they know both sides of the story. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you are one yourself and/or if you know any!
